2024-07-26Oakhollow Village’s last ability cares about permanents’ characteristics at the time the ability resolves, not their characteristics at the time they entered the battlefield. For example, say a Bear creature enters the battlefield and, later in the turn, gains the Frog creature type. When Oakhollow Village’s last ability resolves that turn, you’ll put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
